Ingredients:

1 pound thick asparagus

7 ounces prosciutto, sliced thinly

Directions:

Pour the minimum water required in your IP.
Wrap the asparagus with the prosciutto.
Lay any unwrapped spears in the bottom of the IP steamer basket in a single layer.
Lay the wrapped asparagus on top of the unwrapped ones.
Put the basket in the pot.
Set to HIGH PRESSURE for 2 to 3 minutes.
QPR when the timer beeps; unlock the lid and open.
Remove the basket. Immediately transfer the asparagus to a serving platter. Serve.
