Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise (full-fat)

1 cup Swiss cheese, grated

1 cup onion, grated

8 ounces cream cheese (Philadelphia), bring to room temperature

For dipping:

Parmesan chips (homemade)

Pork rinds

Vegetables

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in the dish or bowl.
Tightly cover with foil or a silicone cover.
Put the IP trivet in the inner pot and pour 1 cup water.
Put the dish/bowl on the trivet.
Lock the lid and close the pressure valve.
Set to HIGH PRESSURE for 5 minutes.
NPR for 5 minutes when the timer beeps and QPR; unlock the lid and open.
Remove the casserole from the pot. Remove the foil. Broil till the top is brown. Serve with dipping.
