1½ cups fresh cherries pitted
3 tablespoons vodka
¼ cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup powdered sugar
In a bowl, mix together the cherries and vodka.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the sour cream, and egg and mix until a smooth dough form.
Grease a cake pan.
Place flour mixture evenly into the prepared cake pan.
Spread cherry mixture over the dough.
Place butter on top in the form of dots.
Arrange the pan inside the Instant Pot.
Put on the Instant Air Fryer lid and cook on Bake mode for 22 minutes at 355 degrees F.
Place the pan onto a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
Now, invert the Clafoutis onto a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut the Clafoutis into serving-sized slices and serve.
