Crabmeat (½ lb., washed and dried)
Salt (½ tsp.)
Coconut (1 cup, flaked, sweetened)
Cornstarch (2 tbsp. + 2 tsp.)
Cayenne pepper (¼ tsp.)
Egg whites (1½ eggs, beaten well)
Set air fryer to preheat to 320 degrees F, and prepare a small baking pan by lightly greasing with cooking spray.
Add cayenne pepper, salt, and cornstarch to a shallow bowl.
Add coconut to another shallow bowl, and set it beside your cornstarch mix.
Dredge crab in cornstarch, egg, then coconut in that order.
Add to prepped baking pan, and set to air fry until cooked (about 8 minutes). Enjoy!
