1/4 cup white sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon apricot jam
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder Salt to taste
Beat all the apricot cake ingredients together in a mixer until smooth. Grease a 6inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Pour the apricot batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Place the pan in the Instant Pot and put on the Instant Air Fryer lid and cook on Bake mode for 15 minutes at 325 degrees F. Allow the cake to cool then slice it. Serve.
