1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 tablespoon water

1 teaspoon salt (sea)

Cheese, if desired

1 cup water

1 teaspoon minced onions (dried)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground)

Keto barbecue sauce


Put the ground beef, onions, salt, and water into a mixing bowl; mix well. Form the mixture into 1/2-inch thick patties.
Put them on individual square pieces of aluminum foils; form the foils into loose foil packets.
Put the IP trivet in the inner pot and pour 1 cup water.
Pile the packets on the trivet.
Lock the lid and close the pressure valve.
Set to HIGH PRESSURE for 15 minutes.
NPR for 5 minutes when the timer beeps and QPR; unlock the lid and open.
Remove the packets from the pot.
Transfer the patties onto a sheet pan.
Brush each one with the BBQ sauce.
Broil for 5 minutes or till the top is browned and slightly crisped.
Turn off the oven.
Top each patty with a slice of cheese. Serve on keto buns if desired (see Keto Versions).
