¾ cup brown sugar

¼ cup caster sugar

1/3 cup butter, melted

2 large eggs

1¾ tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup pecan halves

1 frozen pie crust, thawed


In a large sized bowl, mix together the sugars, and butter.
Add the eggs and whisk until foamy.
Add the flour, milk, and vanilla extract and whisk until well combined.
Fold in the pecan halves.
Grease a pie pan.
Arrange the crust at the bottom of the prepared pie pan.
Place the pecan mixture over the crust evenly.
Arrange the pan inside the Instant Pot.
Put on the Instant Air Fryer lid and cook on Bake mode for 22 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Switch the temperature to 385 degrees F and cook for another 13 minutes. Serve.
