Ingredients


1 teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut crosswise into thirds
Zoodles, steamed rice, naan bread, or a mixed salad, for serving


Directions:


1 Mise en place

In a small bowl, combine the turmeric, cayenne, cinnamon, cloves, salt,
vinegar, and oil.

Stir to form a thick paste. Place the chicken in a resealable
plastic bag and add the marinade. Seal the bag and massage until the
chicken is well coated.

Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or in
the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

2 Cooking

Place the chicken in the Breville Smart Air Fryer Oven basket. Place the
onto the Baking Pan and put into Rack Position 2. Set oven to AirFry at
350°F for 10 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through the cooking
time.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the chicken has reached an
internal temperature of 165°F. Serve with steamed rice or naan, over
zoodles, or with a mixed salad.
