Set the IP to SAUTÉ NORMAL mode.
Add the beef; cook till the meat is no longer pink. Press CANCEL; drain the meat.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the buns and cheese.
Lock the lid and close the pressure valve.
Set to MANUAL HIGH PRESSURE for 7 minutes.
QPR when the timer beeps; unlock the lid and open.
Spoon the mixture onto the buns and top with cheese. Serve.
