Ingredients:

1/2 pound ground beef

4 tablespoons water

4 to 5 slices bacon, sliced into bite-sized pieces

8 ounces cheddar cheese

1o ounces (canned) diced tomatoes w/ green chilies

8 ounces cream cheese, sliced into bite-sized cubes

Directions:

Set the IP to SAUTE. Once HOT.
Add the bacon; cook till brown.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Add the beef in the pot; cook till no longer pink.
Turn off the IP.
Drain excess grease.
Add the tomatoes, cream cheese, water, and bacon – do not stir.
Lock the lid and close the pressure valve.
Set to MANUAL HIGH PRESSURE for 4 minutes.
QPR when the timer beeps; unlock the lid and open.
Stir in the cheese; keep stirring till everything is mixed. Transfer to a bowl.
