1 2/3 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
4 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Nutella
¼ cup walnuts
Grease 12 muffin molds.
Set them aside for a while.
In a large sized bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another medium sized bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients except for walnuts.
Add the prepared banana mixture into the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in the walnuts.
Place the mixture into the prepared muffin molds.
Put on the Instant Air Fryer lid and cook on Air Fry mode for 25 minutes at 250 degrees F.
Once done, remove the lid.
Place the muffin molds onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes. Serve.
